It is about 10 mins walk from the bustling heart of los Cristianos with its` many bars, shops and restaurants. The complex is well appointed with two freshwater pools, large sunbathing areas with sun beds and a poolside bar/café.

The apartment has a white American style kitchen and is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, combined gas hob/ electric oven cooker, kettle and toaster.
The bathroom has large shower, toilet and washbasin plus a washing machine. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
The apartment is within the well appointed complex of Tenerife Holiday Apartment which has 2 freshwater pools, large sunbathing areas with sunbeds, a poolside bar/restaurant, delicatessen, paper shop, flight /travel centre and minimarket.
The lounge/diner has glass topped dining suite with matching coffee table.
The apartment is accessible by lift or stairs and is on the first floor. The corridor from which access is gained backs on to an inner courtyard full of palms and tropical plants growing from the ground floor.
The bedroom has twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and mirror and fitted wardrobe. The linen is changed weekly.
Please note, Beach towels are not included.
The apartment is fully serviced and cleaned by english agents who can also organise airport pickup and drop off - for a small fee and by prior arrangement.
There is a comfortable double bed settee and fitted wall units for TV, a range of paper backs etc
The balcony overlooks the upper pool and sunbathing terrace and is furnished with white patio furniture and sun umbrella. It has a convenient storage cupboard neatly hiding brooms mops and gas bottle. It benefits from full sunshine from mid morning till late afternoon.
The apartment provides a very comfortable base from which you can go on walks into Los Cristianos centre for shopping or directly down to the beach and being on the south side of the island it benefits from the dry and sunny climate.
The corridor from which access is gained to the apartment backs on to a lovely inner courtyard full of palms and tropical plants growing on the ground floor.
Tenerife Holiday Apartment apartment complex has a front locking main door with access only by key holders. Guests may be admitted by the intercom connection linked to each apartment The pools comply with safety regulations with locked gates giving additional safety for children. The apartment is fully serviced by English agents who are on site during the day should any problems occur.
